5. Fees, Payments & Refunds

All fees, including application fees, tuition fees, and ancillary charges, are subject to change. Fee details applicable to a student are governed by the official Offer Letter, Enrollment Agreement, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Application Fee: Non-refundable.
• Registration / Enrollment Fee: Subject to cooling-off period terms.
• Tuition Fees: Refundable only as per the published Refund & Cancellation Policy.

LIU reserves the right to revise fee structures prospectively.

6. Online & Virtual Education Disclaimer

Lexford International University operates primarily as an online and virtual education provider. Programs are delivered through digital platforms and may include optional synchronous sessions, recorded content, assessments, and academic support services.

Learners are responsible for ensuring that LIU programs meet any local, professional, or regulatory requirements applicable in their jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexford International University, its trustees, officers, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or academic progression, arising from the use of or inability to use LIU services.
